Using The "GChief Global" Feature
GChief Global Elements is a feature which allows you to create an element/section using GutenChief block just once, and use or embed it on multiple Posts/Pages/etc. without having to recreate it again.
To use this feature, navigate to GChief Global menu -> Add New:
Then you'll arrive at a post editor screen.
Enter any title you want. Then add any GutenChief elements on the post content.
Once you're done, click PUBLISH post and navigate to GChief Global menu -> All GChief Global.
And copy the shortcode:
Then you can add/place that shortcode on any Posts and/or Pages you want 🙂
On the example above, I created a Global Element for a Countdown Timer..
.. And I can add that Countdown Timer to any Posts/Pages, without having to recreate the Countdown Timer again.
You can use GChief Global to save more of your time:
[+] Create a product comparison just once, and display it on multiple Posts/Pages
[+] Create Product Review Box just once for Post A, then maybe few days later you want to embed that Product Review Box on Post B. Then you won't have to recreate it again from scratch, just place the shortcode on Post B.
Displaying "GChief Global" On Widgets (Sidebar, Footer, etc)
Beside placing/embedding GChief Global on any Posts/Pages, you can also display or embed them on your website sidebar/footer using WordPress widgets, like this:
To do that, navigate to Appearance menu -> Widgets.
Click the Add Block button, and select the "Shortcode" widget.
Then paste the GChief Global shortcode on the widget field:
NOTE: Not all GChief Global are suitable to be embedded/placed on WordPress sidebar/footer widget. This is because most WordPress themes come with Sidebar/Footer widgets that have narrow width.
So only use this feature for Block Elements that are not too wide.
